It’s simple. Buy a lazy susan that suits your needs, fits what you want to store in it, and isn’t larger than the size of your cupboard. Clear out the cupboard and sort through everything, discarding any supplies that you don’t use anymore. If you want, use a chalk pen (like THIS one) to write the supply names on the caddy.
