Disney theme parks may be temporarily closed, but that isn’t stopping Disney from finding ways to add a touch of their magic into your home! While we may not be able to hang out with Disney Characters or explore the park and enjoy the rides, we certainly can enjoy some of their iconic theme park foods! Over the past few months, Disney Parks Blog has been sharing the recipes for fan-favorite treats so we can enjoy them at home. So far Disney has unveiled the recipe for their iconic Churro Bites, Dole Whip, and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches from Toy Story Land and now they’re sharing yet another magical recipe! This time Disney is sharing the recipe for the Cookie Fries you can find at the Beaches & Cream Soda Shop! As a bonus, they’re plant-based too!
According to the Disney Parks Blog, the fries have a biscotti-like texture and pair perfectly with dipping sauces such as chocolate, strawberry, and marshmallow cream. Are you drooling yet? Furthermore, the recipe only requires seven ingredients — many of which you most likely already have stocked in your pantry! This recipe also yields a whopping 32 cookie fries which means there is plenty to share with your whole family!
The recipe states that you’ll need flour, powdered sugar, a liquid egg substitute, dairy-free chocolate chips, and a few other ingredients. Check out the full recipe and step-by-step instructions on the Disney Park’s Blog. If you give these cookie fries a try, we want to know what you think. Let us know in the comments below!
