With another decade coming to end, DoorDash has taken the opportunity to review the popular food trends of this past year as well as explore key trends to be on the lookout for in 2020. After surveying over 1,200 DoorDash customers, their findings are rather interesting!
It appears that the most popular cuisine for 2019 was Mexican food! Say hello to burrito bowls, tacos and more! In fact, the burrito bowl stole the spotlight at the number one spot as the most popular order in 2019.

It is predicted that more people will be indulging in apple pie, cream cheese rangoons (also known as cream cheese wontons), molten chocolate cake, hash browns, and more in the new year!
